• Responsible for all logistics operations in North China.
• Control and support operations regarding operational issues, financials, KPI, HR, overall project management to secure and improve the business.
• Lead a team of operators and customer service staff in handling customer order, shipment, information and services.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations in all the logistics processes and distribution network for assigned customer, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
• 8 years' experience in 3PL operations of which 2 years are in managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics operations and account management.
• Computer literate including WMS and ERP.
• Good command of written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
