Job Description
Be responsible for phone calls, receiving customers, handling visitors and room booking, courier, admin duties etc.
General Responsibilities:
1. Perform front desk and administrative duties
2. Handling general telephone calls and switchboard duties
3. Greet visitors and take care of mails, fax, courier services and other forms of communications
4. Handle general customer enquiries
5. Handle the scheduling of meeting rooms
6. Maintain the audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms
7. General office purchasing
8. Manage inventory for office supplies
9. Booking of air tickets for traveling colleagues and maintain travel schedules
10. Assist in general / miscellaneous admin and filing tasks
   
Job Requirements
1.   Good spoken English.
2.   At least one year experience in related field.
