Key Responsibilities:
2 Work closely with and under Principle Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients
2 Perform research in the talent market
2 Market survey of potential candidates for clients
2 Cold calling of candidates
2 Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening as applicable
2 Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database
2 Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing
2 Assist in writing candidate reports for clients

2 Bachelors Degree in business/related field or equivalent experience Experience, Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2 At least 1 year experience in the search industry as a Researcher, preferably in retail or comsumer goods sector.
2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2 Not afraid of making cold calls and talking with strangers
2 Enjoys working in an energetic professional environment 2 Fluent in Chinese and English languages
2 Strong organizational skills
2 Ability to influence
2 Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
2 Hungry to succeed.
2 Excellent customer service skills
2 Computer skills including Word and Excel
