* Responsible for managing and developing China operations for the client

* 5-8 years in Engineering operations management as Assistant Manager or Operations Manager in related industries as environment, waste management, chemical factories, construction
* Strong relationship management ability – good contacts with local government
* Must have experience in large scale project management, not necessarily as Head but assistant manager
* Some understanding of the environment business preferred
* Good spoken English
* Have drive and passion to build and grow the business in China
