|
Be responsible for overall treasury and tax activities and projects of China legal entities.
1. Manager China cash pooling and improve working capital with appropriate review mechanism and reporting system.
2. Lead team members and corporate with Global Treasury and other department to improve cash flow forecast as well as the operational efficiency.
3. Corporate with external consultants and authorities to analyze the impact of regulations and make proposal to minimize the tax exposure.
4. Manage monthly tax activities, define clear cross function procedures to improve the efficiency on tax registration , claim, reporting and filling.
5. Lead the team to complete projects successfully.

|
1. 8+ years of working experience in MNC, with 3 years at treasury manager or tax manager.
2. Qualification of CPA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred.
3. At least with Bachelor, MBA is preferable.
4. Strong interpersonal and communications, leadership and management skills.
5. Strong PRC exposure with a comprehensive understanding of financing, taxation, regulations and requirements for PRC accounting.
6. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
7. A strategic, hands-on and meticulous finance professional with strong analytical skills.
8. Self motivated, be able to work well under pressure.
