Role Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for developing brand marketing strategy, get approval from China management and regional category team.
2. Strategically develop and implement marketing plan, new product launch plan and other marketing initiatives..
3. Lead and work with advertising and media agencies to develop effective TVC and media plans.
4. Work with research agency to development and implement research projects, Analyze research data to generate consumer insights for marketing initiative improvement and senior management decision.
5. Co-ordinate with regional headquarters category management team to make sure China brand strategy is consistently aligned and approved.
6. Manage marketing budget, allocate and use marketing resource efficiently to deliver outstanding results.

Maintains and reflects a consistent brand identify in all brand marketing activity. Builds and strengthens brand perceptions by consistent executions over time. Ensures the unique brand proposition offers competitive advantage in the market place.
Financial Awareness & Brand Profitability
Understands and analyses brand profitability to deliver brand financial objectives and identify opportunities in cost of goods, pricing etc.
Formulates a coherent pricing strategy and competitive pricing plan so that consumer purchases are optimized and profitability targets met.
Brand Activation
Develops imaginative and effective brand activations plans to present brand in a consumer-targeted, cost effective and powerful manner. Has in-depth knowledge of core target consumers’ media availability and consumption.
Knows available communication options to achieve specific brand objectives.

University Graduated or Above 5 years experiences in brand marketing management within an international consumer goods company Brand marketing experience in Food or Nutrient care industry will be a plus Solid experience in brand management: i.e. marketing & promotion plan, budget planning, new product development. Good knowledge in Advertising and Media management. Working with agencies to develop TVC and media plans. Market analyze and consumer insight. Work with research agency to conduct effective research projects and generate consumer insights applying to marketing initiatives.
