Job Responsibilities:
• Develop marketplace analytics tools to improve yield, advertiser ROI, and marketplace health.
• Enhance the grid execution framework that is used by multiple groups in advertising.

|
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Expert in Java, C++, Perl, knowledge of Map-Reduce and Pig is a big plus.
• Good experience in shell scripts and Ant.
• Must have strong knowledge and keen interest in emerging tools and technologies in the industry.
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills to work with various cross-functional teams on multi-team projects.
• Fast learner and can quickly come up to speed with different technologies and develop prototypes if required.
• 5 years of industry experience or MS in Computer Science with 3 years of industry experience.
• Fluent oral English communication and precise written communication in Chinese and English.
