Job Title: Consultant I / II

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists clients in the recruitment process
  • Coordinates job posting, ad content and placement
  • Takes care of resume review, candidate screening and interviewing
  • Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening as applicable
  • Acts as liaison and coordinates with clients and candidates
  • Coordinates employment agreements and offer letters
  • Conducts new hire orientation and ensures completion of necessary paperwork
  • Works with clients and provides consultation regarding employee related issues
  • Ensures that candidates, clients and job orders in database are up to date
  • Sales and marketing activity: sales phone call and face to face meeting to ensure the business has enough job orders to work on
  • Attends client visits and presentations

Education


Bachelors Degree in business/related field or equivalent experience

Experience


Minimum 2-5 years related human resources/business development experience.
