Job Title: Researcher

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and under Senior Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients
  • Perform research in the talent market
  • Market survey of potential candidates for clients
  • Cold calling of candidates
  • Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening as applicable
  • Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database
  • Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing
  • Assist in writing candidate reports for clients

Education


Bachelors Degree in business/related field or equivalent experience
